This Monthly Price is an introductory rate. The introductory rate period lasts for 36 months. After the conclusion of the introductory period, the Monthly Price is $30.00.

The 3-Year Price Lock (“promotion”) applies only to the standard monthly rate of the Midco Mobile Unlimited phone plan selected at activation and remains in effect for thirty-six (36) months from the date of activation. Upon expiration, standard rates apply. The promotion does not apply to promotional credits, temporary discounts, devices, activation fees, device installment payments, international roaming or long-distance charges, device protection, taxes and regulatory fees, which are billed separately and may vary. Other terms and conditions may apply. Any change to the rate plan, including switching plans or otherwise modifying plan features, will terminate the promotion.

About Midco Mobile Data Plans
Eligibility: You may be eligible for up to 10 lines (including tablets) depending on your credit score. Midco Internet required. If a Midco Internet subscription isn't maintained, an additional $10 per-line monthly charge to Unlimited and Unlimited Plus plans will be applied.
Devices: Devices are shipped to the Midco Internet service address on file. If you no longer subscribe to Midco Internet service, the device(s) may be shipped to an alternate address.
International Long Distance Calls & Texts: Midco Mobile offers competitive rates for talk and text in over 200 countries worldwide. Calls to Canada and Mexico from the U.S. are included with your Midco Mobile service. International calling rates to other countries around the world vary. Texting from the U.S. to any country is also included with your service at no extra charge.
Video Streaming: DVD-Quality video streaming is supported by all data plans for phones and tablets. Video typically streams at 480p for Unlimited plans.
Mobile Access Point: There are no additional fees for using your Midco Mobile device as an access point. Normal data rates apply to mobile access point data usage. Depending on the data plan you have, download and upload speeds may be reduced after a certain amount of mobile access point data use each month.
